Leadership and Living for Christ.

All our Theological attempts, be it Theological infrastructure or human intellectual are aimed at reaching out to masses. Precisely, the final goal of all these attempts is “Pastoral care.”

We Christians work six days a week that is Monday to Saturday, then on Sunday we rest and praise and worship the Lord. For these six days we are supposed to be working hard towards the needs of people in holistic which are both spiritual and physical needs.

Whatever we do on earth should be ministry related, that is it should be a service to the people catering for either their physical or spiritual needs or both. Ministry is done by us through our lives touching other lives. We are all players on this move and the Pastor come in as a Coach-player. The Pastor shouldn’t see himself as a Boss because he also need the Lord’s grace and mercy because he is a sinner too.

As highlighted above that Christianity involves every service towards the needs of a person, it should therefore be noted that every person’s skill is vital. Remember the Pastor doesn’t posses all the skills that the human life needs. Many Pastors don’t like skillful people as they feel threatened on their positions. No one can takeaway someone’s anointing,NEVER. If you are using a borrowed anointing then you have every reason to be afraid, refer to 2 Kings 6: 1-7. The man on this context got worried because he used and lost someone’s axe, maybe because he didn’t check if it was well secured on the handle hence it’s falling into the river.

We should exist as a family always, here a family being a group of people who belong with one another formal or informal. The moment we begin to treat one another as a family in trueness, then we have started doing what we are expected of in light of ministering. This should happen all the time, anywhere to everyone. Always ask for anointing from God in everything you do and never use borrowed anointing.

As Christians, whenever we make mistakes let’s pick up ourselves, rise and move forward. Let’s keep fighting the evil spirits that are dominating our space. A Christian/righteous falls seven times but wakes up, stands up tall and keep walking while the non-righteous fall once and stay in the pit.

It is therefore advised and encouraged that every leader be it a Theological or Commercial/Business leader should posses and or value both leadership skills that is Theological and business appreciation.
