A vision is nothing more than a dream, actually, it is dream, therefore you need a number of people to help you move this dream or transform this dream to reality. One cannot have a vision and brag about having just a vision, however brag about people who have supported you in attaining that vision. It is very critical for people to make sure that when they have visions they identify right people who will support them achieve those dreams.

I have heard a number of people saying this is my brainchild, bragging about being the very person who came up with the idea. It’s not always about coming up with the idea, it’s about have right people to support you to transform that vision into reality. You cannot have a vision and put it into reality alone, if so then that means it’s a small vision. We are looking at these bigger visions where you have to work hard.

First you have to identify people who will support you to come up with tools that will help you transform that vision into reality, so in simple terms, let’s invest so much in people, because we need these people to support us to achieve our goals and allow other people to achieve their goals through you.

When other people bring in their visions, try to check if you can fit in, if they invite you to be part of the system in transforming the vision, please do so, because we need to lean on each other otherwise all our visions will not come to reality if we don’t support each other. It’s very critical that we work together and know our strengths, our friends’ and relative’s strengths, so that we employ them whenever we want to achieve certain goals, remember most of these visions especially these bigger visions, they are there to save the community.
