Decision-making can be defined as the process of selecting a right and effective course of action from two or more alternatives for the purpose of achieving a desired result. Decision-making is the essence of management.

Therefore it is important that a business consider recruiting or checking aspiring candidates to manage their social media platforms, analyse social trends in the platforms that influence business and that can be used in influencing business decision making based on current business requirements and social likings of that moment.

The need of employees to do work that matters

Assess if your employees only do work for monetary gains or they do what matters. Today’s employees are assets or should be assets ready to do what matters. Today’s employees don’t want to be trapped at workplace that does not show progress and innovation. Identify and remove corporate culture barriers that obstruct collaboration and innovation.
