“From Pit to Palace: Embracing Your Inevitable Success”

Scripture: Genesis 37:1-11, Genesis 50:20

Introduction:

  • Have you ever felt like you’re being targeted by the enemy?
  •  Like there are people who are working against you, trying to bring you down?
  •  The Bible says in John 10:10, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
  •  Today, I want to remind you that your enemies are fighting hard against you because they have prophesized your future.
  •  They see the greatness that God has in store for you, and they’re trying to stop it.

The Story of Joseph:

Joseph was a young man with a bright future. He had a dream that one day, he would be a leader, and his brothers would bow down to him.
8. But instead of embracing this vision, his brothers were jealous and plotted against him. 9 They sold him into slavery, and Joseph ended up in Egypt. But God was with Joseph. He prospered, and he became a powerful leader in Egypt. In the end, Joseph’s brothers came to him, begging for food during a famine. And Joseph, instead of seeking revenge, forgave them and said, “You meant it for evil, but God meant it for good.”

Your Success is Inevitable:

Just like Joseph, you have a future that is bright and full of hope. Your enemies may be fighting against you, but God is working everything out for your good. Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Don’t let the negativity and opposition of others discourage you. You are on the path to greatness. Your success is inevitable, and it’s just a matter of time before you enter into the glory that God has prepared for you.

Conclusion:

So, hold on to your faith, and keep pushing forward.  The enemy may have tried to stop you, but God has a plan to exalt you.  Psalm 37:12-13 says, “The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them, but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming.”  You are about to enter a new season, a season of greatness, a season of glory.
Get ready, because your time is coming!
