Breaking the Curse: Unlocking Legacy and Advancing the ACTV Group

Breaking the Curse: Unlocking Legacy and Advancing the ACTV Group

Scripture: Galatians 3:13-14 (NIV) – “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us… so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.”

Today, we gather to address a powerful truth: sometimes, to unlock a legacy, one person must break a curse – physically or spiritually. Like Christ breaking the curse of the law, we too can shatter limitations hindering ACTV Group’s progress.

Scholar and leadership expert, John C. Maxwell, said, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” You are leaders in ACTV’s journey. You’ve been called to break cycles, not just manage them.

Consider these biblical examples:

  • David breaking Philistine oppression (1 Samuel 17)
  • Jesus breaking the curse of sin (Galatians 3:13)

A cased family or organization needs someone to act. James 2:26 says, “Faith without works is dead.” Breaking the curse requires action – spiritual prayer, strategic moves, or confronting limiting mindsets.

Once broken:

  1. All affected parties must work hard: As scholar Peter Drucker noted, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” Let’s create ACTV’s future.
  2. Maintain the new vein: Like keeping a cleared path open, we must sustain progress through diligence and unity.

ACTV Group has a legacy to advance. You’ve built something impactful. Now, let’s break any “curse” of stagnation, complacency, or limitation. Who’s willing to lead the charge?

As Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.” Let’s think breakthrough.

Let’s pray: Father, grant us courage to break curses, wisdom to lead, and unity to advance ACTV’s legacy. Amen.

Application for ACTV HQ Teams:

  • Identify one area ACTV needs breakthrough in.
  • Take action – pray, strategize, act.
  • Work collectively to maintain and expand gains.
